  1. On a large dinner plate, make a nice pile of greens and arrange the rest of the veggies on and around the plate. Top each serving with 1/2 of the sliced steak - make it pretty! Then top the steak with the cheese and finish off with the HOT fries! Serve the dressing on the side and enjoy. Yinz'll think yer in Pittsburgh n'at.
