Directions:

  2. Butter or spray a 2qt or 9x13 casserole.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add beaten eggs.
  5. Mix in pineapple, matzoh crumbs or pieces and macadamia nuts.
  6. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to an hour.
