Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and pineapple, mix well.
  3. Add in flours, soda, and salt, blend together.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Pour into greased & floured loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
