Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices white bread , cut into cubes

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  4. Stir in pineapple.
  5. Stir in bread cubes.
  6. Spread mixture in greased 2-qt. casserole dish.
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
