  1. In large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients, tossing gently.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, let cool completely.
  3. Pour dressing over slaw tossing gently to coat.
