Ground Turkey and Rice Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop up all vegetables.
  2. Saute ground turkey in the pot sprayed with Pam.
  3. Spice turkey with season salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, and a little chili powder. Begin to brown.
  4. Add vegetables and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
  5. Add can of green chiles and saute another 2 - 3 minutes.
  6. Add 4 cups of chicken stock and 4 cups of water, and bouillon, and bring to a boil.
  7. Once boiling, add rice.
  8. Add a little more seasonings if desired.
  9. Bring back to a boil, and then simmer for approximately 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
  10. Remove from heat and enjoy!
