Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp two wheeler creek lemon myrtle liqueur (subsitute 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp white wine)

Directions:

  1. Chop and slice the cauliflower and onion and place in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave-steam until cauliflower is tender.
  2. While the vegetables are cooking, blend remaining ingredients into a glaze.
  3. Carefully, avoiding steam burns, remove plastic wrap from the cauliflower bowl.
  4. Drizzle lemon myrtle glaze over cooked vegetables, stir, then re-cover and allow to continue steaming for another minute or two.
  5. Serve with a slotted spoon to avoid overpowering the dish with remaining liqueur glaze.
