Directions:

  1. Slice mozzarella and tomato
  2. Add mozzarella, tomato, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and basil to container to marinate.
  3. Preheat olive oil in pan
  4. Saute chopped garlic, onion and mushrooms until tender
  5. Brush each slice of bread with olive oil, preferably extra virgin
  6. Add mozzarella, tomato, and mushroom mixture to bread
  7. Grill until crisp and brown
