Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  2. Cook paneer 3 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
  3. Remove and drain oil retaining 1tbsp oil in pan.
  4. Chop onion, cilantro, mint, garlic, and chilis in a food processor until smooth.
  5. Add cilantro paste, chili powder, garam masala, and tumeric to skillet and cook over low heat,stirring constantly, for 2min.
  6. Add the mushrooms, beans, and paneer.
  7. Stir the cornstarch into the yogurt, and add slowly to the skillet.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Simmer for 10min.
