Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. After you have prepared pablanos take stock pot
  2. Add 1 tblespn olive oil
  3. Add onion carrots,celery, saute for about 4 minutes,then add potatoes,tomatoes,chiote,and garlic
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Cover with water add 2 knorr bouillon
  6. Bring to a boil
  7. Stuff pablanos(add)
  8. Simmer 45 minutes
  9. Serve with warmed flour torteas
