Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 medium sized heath toffee bars (i prefer heath use whatever chocolate covered toffee bars you can round up)

Directions:

  1. Pie Shell**
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  3. Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie plate or spray with non-stick spray
  4. Mix flour; baking powder, sugar, salt and egg together well
  5. Stir in apples and nuts.
  6. Place in pie plate and bake for 25 - 30 minutes
  7. Ice Cream
  8. REmove vanilla ice cream from freezer and let set out for about 10 minutes or until soft
  9. Fill pie shell with softened ice cream
  10. Sprinkle crushed toffee bars and place in freezer
  11. Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before serving for easier slicing. Enjoy!!
