Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups orzo
  • 1 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook the orzo in a medium pot of boiling water until al dente according to the package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli according to package directions.
  3. Drain the orzo. Drain the broccoli and press out the excess liquid.
  4. In a medium bowl combine the orzo, broccoli, oilve oil, salt and pepper. Add the Parmesan Cheese and toss well to mix.
