Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 2/3 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in the order according to manufacturer's instructions. (except the orange segments).
  2. Add the orange segments during the add-in (fruits and nuts) cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
