Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/4 cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 2/3 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions.
