Bread Machine Cream of Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 1/3 cups cream of wheat
  • 2 2/3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp gluten (optional)
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 2/3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/3 cups water

Directions:

  1. Put all in your bread machine in order according to manufacturer instructions. Bake as a normal loaf.
