Ingredients:

  • 7/8 cup water
  • 2 1/2 tbsp butter (unsalted )
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to bread pan acording to manufacturer's directions.
  2. Settings: Basic White-1 1/2 lbs loaf-Medium crust.
