Apricot Pecan Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp powdered milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Use Sweet bread cycle, and add apricots and pecans at 'raisin beep'.
  2. Makes one 1 1/2 lb. loaf; adjust accordingly for your machine.
