Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shaking constantly toast almonds in skillet over low until golden brown about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry lettuce then tear into bite size pieces.
  3. Place lettuce, onions and oranges in large salad bowl.
  4. Combine all dressing ingredients except yolk.
  5. Add yolk in thin stream and process until well blended.
  6. Just before serving toss well and refrigerate leftover dressing.
