Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Divide your lettuce into serving/salad bowls. Separate the orange sections and arrange on top of lettuce. Sprinkle the celery, almonds and green onions over top.
  2. Mix up your dressing by whisking the orange juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar together in a little bowl. Serve on the side.
  3. Enjoy!
