Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the first 4 ingredients; stir to combine.
  2. In a smaller bowl, add the mayonnaise and sour cream; stir to blend.
  3. Spoon the mayo mixture over the pea mixture; gently stir to coat.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. This tastes better to me chilled so I let it refrigerate 4-6 hours before serving.
