Ingredients:

  • 1 lb okra
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
  2. Drop in the okra and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Rinse under cold water, then drain again.
  4. Serve with the dipping sauce.
  5. Dipping Sauce: Grate the ginger into the soy sauce just as you are serving the okra.
