Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine undrained pineapple, sour cream, egg and butter until blended.
  2. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Make a well in the center.
  4. Pour in pineapple mixture.
  5. Stir until just mixed.
  6. Spoon into greased 2 1/2 inch muffin cups.
  7. Bake in 350 deg F oven for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned and a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Serve warm.
