Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in the center.
  2. In a seperate bowl beat eggs until foamy and light.
  3. Pour into the well.
  4. Add margarine, apple and chocolate chips.
  5. Stir just until moist.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into 375F oil.
  7. When they start to brown turn over and cook other side.
  8. Remove to paper towel and cool completely.
  9. Dust with icing sugar.
