Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients and 1/2 of the cinnamon.
  2. Beat eggs then add water.
  3. Add to dry mixture Stir in apples and butter and mix until it is just incorporated.
  4. Pour into greased muffin tins Combine nuts and brown sugar, add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle sugar mixture over muffins Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
