Oatmeal Cranberry and White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 cups oats

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Then, add dry mixture to wet mixture.
  5. Add morsels and cranberries.
  6. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
