Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.
  2. Add flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon; mix well.
  3. Stir in apples and nuts.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
