Grandma's Apple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups thinly sliced apples
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream together first 3 ingredients.
  2. Combine next 4 ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
  3. Mix until blended and add apples and cinnamon.
  4. Put into greased 8 pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
