Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut ground steak into serving sized pieces
  2. Mix flour, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper together
  3. Dredge the meat pieces through the flour mixture and place in slow cooker.
  4. Chop the onion, green pepper, celery and carrot if using.
  5. Place the onion, green pepper, celery and carrot if using on top of the meat.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic over the vegetables.
  7. Cover this all with the can of stewed tomatoes.
  8. Pour the worchestershire sauce and wine or beef broth over all.
  9. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 3 to 5 hours.
  10. Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta or whatever your heart desires.
  11. Enjoy
