Ingredients:

  • 1 9 inch springform pan
  • 1 prepeared cheescake crust
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • 32 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of white sugar
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 3/4 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cups of flour
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenhit
  2. Grease the Springform Pan
  3. Mix the Graham Cracker Crumbs to the Melted Butter in a small bowl
  4. Press the Graham Cracker/ Butter Mixture onto the bottom of the pan
  5. In a large bowl (or an electric mixer), mix the Cream Cheese and Sugar until it is smooth
  6. Pour in the Milk and stir it slowly
  7. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring just enough to combine it with the mixture
  8. Mix in the Flour, Vanilla Extract, and the Sour Cream until it is smooth
  9. Pour the Entire Mixture into the pan
  10. Bake for 1 Hour (60 minutes) in the preheated oven
  11. When it is done, turn the oven off and let the cheescake cool (with the door closed for about 5 to 6 hours
  12. For Christmas, sprinkle the Candy Cane on top of the cheescake for the topping
  13. Let the cheescake sit in the fridge until it is time to eat it!
