Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed fruit
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 oz butter
  • 2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Boil mixed fruit, water, sugar and butter.
  2. Put in a bowl to cool.
  3. Then mix together with flour and baking soda.
  4. Put into a greased loaf tin.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
