Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs potatoes
  • 1 large onion , thin slice
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 slices velveeta cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
  2. Prepare 9x13-inch pan and spray with Pam.
  3. Peel and slice potatoes.
  4. Keep submerged in water until ready for use.
  5. Drain excess water from potatoes.
  6. Place single layer of potatoes in pan, overlapping.
  7. Place single layer of onion rings in pan.
  8. Sprinkle with flour, lightly.
  9. Place single layer of Velveeta slices.
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Repeat procedure until all ingredients are used with potatoes on top.
  12. Pour cream over entire dish and bake for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
