Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, seasoned salt and pepper.
  2. Slice potatoes.
  3. Toss in 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon cream of tartar,drain.
  4. Do not ask me what this does.
  5. Some times I do this other times I just omit it.
  6. Grease slow cooker.
  7. Layer potatoes,onions,flour mixture, and repeat.
  8. Add butter then the soup (not diluted).
  9. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours, or you can cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  10. Thirty minutes before serving add the grated cheese.
  11. With this recipe I have found that I like to add an extra can of soup but then my family likes it to be real creamy.
