Mustard Crusted Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 350 g firm tofu
  • 50 g soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp red pepper

Directions:

  1. Cover all 22 pieces in the marinade leaving a bit on the top for crust. Arrange crust up in a foil lined baking tin and bake at 200 C or until edges crisp up. Enjoy!
