Ingredients:

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (14 oz) can beef broth
  • 1 (10 oz) can french onion soup
  • 1 (8 oz) jar mushroom pieces

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350°F Brown rice in butter and pour into a casserole dish.
  2. Add additional ingredients and cover.
  3. Bake for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
