Ingredients:

  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 tsp. beef granuals
  • 3-4 lbs. beef roast (trim excess fat)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 6 hours. Meat should be tender.
  2. Pull apart with two forks and place on a roll of choice. We use bagett rolls.
  3. Serve with ajour (juice) in a small bowl.
