Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dip chicken in melted butter and dredge in flour.
  2. Lay in 9x13 baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and other seasonings (we like garlic powder).
  4. In a separate bowl, mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 C nonfat milk and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Pour mixture over chicken, making sure to completely cover each piece. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
