Directions:

  1. Drain and chill the beans.
  2. Add the onion, celery, garlic and ginger.
  3. Whisk vinegar with honey mustard, add seasonings.
  4. Whisk oil to combine.
  5. Pour over veggie mix.
  6. Chill at least 2 hours.
