Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
  2. Pound chickento 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, coat with flour.
  4. Brown chicken in 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat about 5 minutes or till lightly golden in color.
  5. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  6. Add remaining butter to the skiller and cook the mushrooms and garlic until tender.
  7. Return chicken to pan.
  8. Add wine and lemon juice.
  9. Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, till sauce slightly thickens.
  10. Top with parsley.
