Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Arrange peppers, scliced side up, on oiled baking sheet.
  3. Mix tomatoes and garlic in medium bowl.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill peppers with tomato mixture.
  6. Drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil over each pepper.
  7. Bake until peppers are tender, about 50 minutes.
  8. Place cheese on top of peppers, bake until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
