Most Simple Vegetarian White Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a saucepan
  2. Whisk together over medium heat.
  3. Continue whisking until the sauce thickens.
  4. If after about 5 minutes sauce isn't thickening still add more flour tbsp by tbsp until it is at your desired consistency.
  5. If sauce is too thick, add more milk.
