Ingredients:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 80 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

  1. For the dough, mix 250g flour, 125g butter, 80ml water and 1tsp salt
  2. Put the dough in a cool place for 30 min.
  3. Steam the onions with butter, add flour and milk, let cook for 5 min.
  4. Mix egg yolks, yogurt, salt, pepper, nutmeg
  5. Whisk the egg whites stiff and add to the mix
  6. Put the dough into a baking tin, add onions, ham and the egg-yogurt mix
  7. Bake for 30 min. until it looks delicious ;)
