Ingredients:

  • 118 g banana
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 0.33 cup strawberries
  • 0.33 cup blueberries
  • 0.33 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Liquefy.
