  • 1/2 cup water
  • there really are so many variations of a smoothie. sometimes i add juice instead of water. i also have an organic mixture of passion fruits that i use or organic strawberries. i also usually add liquid vitamins to my smoothie. you can also share this with someone else. i usually don'tsp so that is why i put serving 1.


  1. Put ingredients in a blender and blend :) .May need to add more water to help smooth the smoothie out.
