Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 cups applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix Oatmeal, raisins, chocolate chips, flour, powdered milk, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together.
  3. Mix in the apple sauce and vanilla.
  4. Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper and make 4 mounds, 2 on each baking sheet and spread the mounds out a bit.
  5. Bake for about 15 minute.
