Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp applesauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine first 8 ingredients.
  3. Mix milk, egg, and oil.
  4. Add to dry ingredients and mix until moistened.
  5. Add blueberries.
  6. Pour into a 9x13 pan which has been sprayed with non-stick coating.
  7. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
