Ingredients:

  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients-excluding the ingredients for sauce-and mix in large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixed ingredients into a large oven-proof pan.
  4. Mix ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar together for sauce.
  5. Pour sauce over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
