Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all meatloaf ingredients.
  3. Shape into a meatloaf, or press into a cake pan (this is usually easier and cleaner).
  4. Mix ketchup and brown sugar for sauce. Then slowly stir in vinegar to taste.
  5. Spread sauce over meatloaf.
  6. Bake for one to one and a half hours.
