Mint Scented Jasmine Rice With Edamame

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare the rice.
  2. If you are using edamame in the shell make sure to boil them first then shell them. When I boil mine I usually salt the water and shake in a bit of tabasco - but thats just me.
  3. Toss the Edamame, mint and the Rice together well and serve.
