Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown hamburger, add 1 pack of taco seasoning and 1-2 tablespoons of water (you can follow the directions on the pack if you wish). Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and 1 pack of taco seasoning. I prefer to use my Kitchen Aid mixer so I can just let it go while I'm making the hamburger. It will become nice and fluffy as it mixes.
  4. Spread cream cheese mix in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  5. Pour hamburger evenly over cream cheese mix.
  6. Put cheddar cheese over everything until it's completely covered. I like it really cheesy!
  7. Place in the oven for about 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
