  1. Mix 2 lettuces. Layer other ingredients on top. Drizzle dressing on top.
  2. Dressing:
  3. Shallot, skin removed
  4. Clove garlic
  5. Juice of one lime
  6. /2 package taco seasoning
  7. /4 cup olive oil
  8. /2 cup red wine vinegar
  9. Oz sour cream
  10. /4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper
  11. Cayenne pepper to taste
  12. Combine ingredients in food processor or blender.
